Do I need any prior healthcare experience or education to enroll in the EKG Technician program?
No prior healthcare experience is required to enroll. A high school diploma or equivalent is the baseline educational requirement. If you’re coming from a background in caregiving, medical assisting, or CNA work, that experience will serve you well — but it is not a prerequisite. Many of our most successful graduates came to us from entirely outside healthcare. What matters most is your commitment to completing the program and preparing seriously for certification.
How flexible is the schedule? I’m currently working full-time.
We understand that most of our students are working adults who cannot simply stop earning income while they train. Schedule flexibility is one of the most important factors in our program design.
