Enrollment Policy:
AVI takes students on an availability basis only and does not discriminate due to race, color, age, sex, marital status, national origin, or handicap.
Student Records:
AVI guarantees the right of students to have access to their files. All grades, records and academic documents presented to students are placed in student’s files. Other materials may be included, with student knowledge. Student records are considered confidential and will not be distributed to a third party without a written release from the student
Students Documents:
All applicants need to bring their Social Security Card as well as their 2×2 photo for their file.
Start Dates:
Our Program Start Dates are the first Monday of every month.
The Director screens all applications for completeness and will then select applicants. AVI will notify applicants promptly when the decision on their application is made. The Student Enrollment Agreement is a binding contract between the school and the student and covers the entire program. AVI Career Training makes NO exceptions to it’s admission policy.
When ready to apply, applicants must bring the following in Fairfax County, VA:

- One form of Identification (Must be over 18 years of age)
- Student must present ONE of the following:
- High school diploma
- Or GED or equivalent
- Or Two year college transcript
- A signed completed Student Admission Application
- A signed completed Student
- Enrollment Agreement with a $100.00 non-refundable fee
- The necessary financial resources along with a valid ID
