Uploading a new PDF replaces the current catalog on the avi.edu website — under the Admissions menu → Downloads section — and goes live immediately. The old version is saved automatically in Previous Catalog Versions below, so nothing is ever lost.
How it works: Pick a PDF from your computer and click Upload. The new file replaces the catalog students download on avi.edu (Admissions menu → Downloads section) immediately — no FTP or cPanel needed. The version being replaced is automatically moved to Previous Catalog Versions below with the date it was current until. Maximum file size: 50 MB. PDF only.
Every time a catalog or handbook is replaced, the old PDF is saved here automatically with its “catalog till” date — old catalogs and student handbooks are never lost.

The official 2-page DOE form is filled in, never recreated (page 2, the glossary, is untouched). It is built from three levels: institution settings entered once, each program's cost of attendance, and the student record that names the student and carries their own award package. Every total is calculated and read-only, so a total can never disagree with the rows above it.
