Uploading a new PDF replaces the current catalog on the avi.edu website — under the Admissions menu → Downloads section — and goes live immediately. The old version is saved automatically in Previous Catalog Versions below, so nothing is ever lost.
How it works: Pick a PDF from your computer and click Upload. The new file replaces the catalog students download on avi.edu (Admissions menu → Downloads section) immediately — no FTP or cPanel needed. The version being replaced is automatically moved to Previous Catalog Versions below with the date it was current until. Maximum file size: 50 MB. PDF only.
Every time a catalog or handbook is replaced, the old PDF is saved here automatically with its “catalog till” date — old catalogs and student handbooks are never lost.

Edit the service menu shown on the Student Clinic page of avi.edu. Add or remove sections and services, change prices, then click Save & Publish — changes go live immediately.
Changes are not live until you click Save & Publish. Prices can be any text ("$35", "$40+", "+$60"). The icon is an emoji shown when a section has no photo.
